You may order direct in other HK/Taiwan sprees etc, but you'll not get back your money if they were to not send u ur stuffs. Thus, simplydolls would strongly encourage you to shop with us!

♥All prices above are exclusive of postage!
♥Order confirmation email(OCE) will be sent to you within 24hours.
♥Payment has to be made first before we start ordering the items for you.
♥Please made payment through POSB/DBS BANK TRANSFER within 48 hours after you have received the OCE, if not, order will be voided.
♥After payment,we'll sent orders out and receive them through shipment.(Either from:HK/Taiwan/Korea)
♥You'll be given a Payment Confirmation Email(PCE) as a receipt. Please keep your PCE, and if in any event your order is out of stock(OOS), we'll fully refund the amt you have paid fo the OOS item back to your bank acct.
♥You will receive your goods approx 3weeks after the spree ends.
♥You'll be informed if there is any delay/changes.
♥Simplydolls do not bear any responsibility for any damages/missing items during delivery process.
♥We will try our best to provide photos that gives the most accurate descriptions and colours as possible, to facilitate decision making for our shoppers.

♥Normal mail: If its a small piece(accessories, or other light items), postage may be cheaper, per case basis.
♥Orders above 2 pcs would be charge based on size.
♥Postage for bags depending on weight($2-$4).
♥Registered mail: S$3.00 (based on 1pc)
